Discover Zalakaros and its neighbourhood! Zalakaros is one of the smallest town in Hungary, a really good choice for those who would like to avoid crowd and noise and rather want a pleasant, semi-natural environment. The reputation of the town is about the 96 °C medicinal water. This popular spa has not only traditional spa pools but also an outdoor and indoor aqua park, a surf-bath and a giant water-slide. It has a separate aqua park for children, called Vízipók Csodapók, so not just the elderly generation but the young can also have a nice time. During the tour you can visit all the neighbourhood, drink a nice glass of wine in Banya valley and walk along the vineyard around Zalakaros where there are winding narrow streets, wine-cellars and nice weekend houses. You should see the look-out in Zalakaros and the view around the settlement, if the weather is nice you can even see Lake Balaton. If you return to the center it is worth walking along the main square of the town.
